Hear now my argument and listen to the pleadings of my lips. Will you speak falsely for God and speak deceitfully for him? Will you show partiality toward him? Will you plead the case for God? Will it be well with you when he searches you out? Or can you deceive him, as one deceives a man? He will surely rebuke you if in secret you show partiality. Will not his majesty terrify you, and the dread of him fall upon you? Your maxims are proverbs of ashes; your defenses are defenses of clay. - Job 13:6-12 (ESV)
4 Keys that Put Trump in the White House - Charisma News
Steven Strang remains one of the worst NAR dominionists today. His sole focus is to elect Republican candidates because all he worships is carnal politics. Sure, he wraps it up in Christianese and Charismaniacal buzzwords but at the end of the day he has been ordered to co-opt every Christian vote he can. That is why 80% of the articles run on Charisma today are all focused on getting churched people to turn out and vote for who he wants you to. Dissent is not allowed. Critical thinking is not allowed. All that is allowed is blind allegiance, regardless of how morally bankrupt his choices are. He sat down recently with Donald Trump for what sadly passes for an interview these days but was really just designed as a false advertisement. As we have said, vote or do not vote. It does not matter to God one whit. He will still be on the throne November 6th, and does not need our help politically, to achieve His will. The interview summary is linked above and Charisma, which is Strang, outlines four areas he says reveals the core principles driving Trump. He cannot just say he thinks Trump is the better candidate. He cannot make intelligent or even vaguely Christian arguments. So, he resorts to the usual disinformation that Charisma is infamous for. Let us reason once more beloved.
"1. Religious Liberty and Evangelical Support - "Religious liberty is the foundation"without religious liberty, you don't have liberty," Trump tells Charisma's Strang, demonstrating his view that it is foundational to freedom. Trump reassures evangelicals and Catholics he will get the job done, after they felt they had been under attack by previous administrations, particularly regarding pro-life and marriage beliefs. Trump plans to repeal the Johnson Amendment, restricting churches and ministries from political engagement while maintaining tax-exempt status. He believes religious leaders should be free to express their views without fear of loss." - Charisma News
Churched folk are so naïve. Strang counts on it. Trump counts on it. Perhaps no one remembers that Donald Trump ran on repealing the Johnson amendment back in 2016 and yet he never did it once elected. He lied and pretended that he had repealed it, but he never did. Why is that you might wonder? Because the president cannot repeal the Johnson Amendment. He does not have the authority. It can only be repealed by an act of Congress, or the Supreme Court. The larger point here however is the disturbing NAR waking dream that repealing the Johnson Amendment is somehow good for the cause of Christ. It is most decidedly not. Churches can express their view, but they cannot pick candidates and enjoy the tax benefit they have from getting in bed with the world. The pulpit is supposed to be a holy desk, reserved for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Not the gospel of any perceived political savior. It really does not matter as NAR churches across this land infer blatantly who they want you to vote for. NAR church leaders like Dr. Michael Brown and Mario Murillo have even said that you cannot vote for a Democrat and consider yourself a Christian. Murillo goes as far as saying you are going to hell if you are not voting for the three times married, three times unfaithful, the last time with a porn star, six times bankrupt, convicted rapist with 34 other felonies. Maybe the church should not be in bed with the politics of this world. Maybe those charged with pastoring, should I don't know, shepherd. It is because the NAR idolizes this world however, that they cannot focus on the gospel, and instead resort to lying for political expediency.
"2. Strong Family Values and Personal Guidance - Trump spoke about his strong bond with his adult children, attributing their success to his consistent guidance, especially in avoiding drugs and similar temptations. He also touched on the importance of loyalty, noting his close relationships with spiritual leaders, Graham and White among others, who supported him from the beginning of his political journey. He values loyalty and guidance from those who have been with him through thick and thin, particularly in matters of faith." - Charisma News
