"Once they have left you are going to go back and check everything is gone. I check two or three times and ask if the demon is still there. I am going to look at body language. Are they twitching or acting weird. If they feel that nothing is there, then we go to step seven. This is the most important - we are going to pray for the Holy Spirit to fill the person. During this portion they may start manifesting a demon again and then you have to go back to step three." - Isaiah Saldivar
What? I thought you cast it out in the mighty name of Jesus? You have to go back and check that maybe the demon just pretended to be cast out? Those sneaky fake demons! So, we come full circle. The foundational error to this false teaching was the notion that believers can be demon possessed, which is impossible because of the indwelt Holy Spirit. Here in the concluding step, we see Saldivar essentially agrees by suggesting that AFTER casting the demon out, THEN we have to make sure the Holy Spirit fills the person? What Isaiah Saldivar is essentially teaching is that he disagrees with the bible:
You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness. If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. - Romans 8:9-11 (ESV)
Saldivar's argument is that a born-again believer can be demon possessed and once delivered from that demon, you should pray for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. By default, he is teaching contrary to these scriptures from Romans and is saying that we are not indwelt at salvation. That is a blasphemous mocking of God and His Spirit, as is Saldivar's entire ministry. Mark and avoid these fake demon slayers hawking their newest books that are contrary to the word of God.
