Kathy DeGraw fancies herself a "Prophetic Deliverance Minister." Now if you were wondering if you missed this crucial office discussed in the New Testament you would be wrong. It is of course never discussed because it is simply made up. It is part of the Charismaniacal landscape within the apostate church today. These people roam the church circuit to do fake healing services and deliverance ministries, if the price is right of course. A quick visit to Kathy's website for example finds that she only charges $200 for her e-course in deliverance ministries. Now if you want to learn how to fake a deliverance from witchcraft that costs a mere $300 for the e-course. The keys to self-deliverance? A paltry $130. Generational curses or destroying fear? Only $150 each! The real deal though is if you want to join Kathy's inner circle, oops, I meant Apostle Kathy. The price of personal (although limited) mentorship? Just an ongoing fee of $50 per month! Adjusting for inflation over centuries, I think that is $50 more per month than the Apostle Paul charged Timothy! Before you start thinking that is a rip-off, consider that it includes prayer covering, priority seating at special events and direct email communication! I don't think Jesus even gave His disciples His personal email address! I say this as a backdrop to reviewing her latest article on Charisma News, linked above. Skipping her intro, Kathy seems to vomit on paper ever single absurd Charismaniacal fake power and declaration that the industry uses. Let us reason once more:

"I destroy and completely abolish every demonic system set in operation against the financial system of the USA and the world. Every evil perpetrator trying to extinguish monetary success and economic abundance, I rebuke you and diffuse your plans and purposes against our economy and financial structure." - Kathe DeGraw

Yes, we all know how invested the devil is in destroying capitalism. This reveals up front however that the NAR and dominionism still play a powerful part in these popular heresies. In idolizing America, these people never stop to see how they do not actually worship God. Not to mention that we do not possess this amazing power she seems to think she wields. In her own mind, the enemy, Lucifer, has set up his demonic systems arrayed against financial systems but look out! He did not count on Kathy DeGraw being able to"tell him to stop? Seriously? I know, I know, rebuke, destroy, abolish and diffuse but at the end of the day she is basically saying stop and she believes she has the power to simply make the devil stop by saying so. That is quite an ego.

"I command every disease agent, virus and pandemic to be utterly abolished, completely done. I order, direct and command every disease and spirit of infirmity operating through this virus and pandemic to dissolve and disappear, in the name of Jesus. I speak and announce that we are covered in the blood of the Lamb and by His stripes, we are healed! I prevent you from infiltrating more human bodies. I instruct, direct and order you to be paralyzed, unable to function or further move forward, in the name of Yeshua Messiah, Jesus!" - Kathy DeGraw

So let me see if I have this straight. The corona virus has wreaked havoc on this planet, killing over four million people and you had the ability to command it to be completely undone and abolished all this time? This is the point beloved. In their stupidity they never even consider their own absurd claims. By the way how do you cover the world using scriptures meant for believers? Not to mention the scripture cited is not about physical healing but about spiritual healing. Once again though, look at the power she believes she has! To annihilate the powers of the enemy? To bind and restrict illness! Why isn't Kathy DeGraw spending her days in the emergency room or Oncology Department at a local hospital? Because she has no such powers. The bible does not evenly remotely say these things.

"I command every word curse, false diagnosis, fleshly prediction and false scenarios by government officials, scientists, health professionals and the general public to be incinerated in the spiritual realm. Cease in activating, in Jesus' name. I speak and declare that every negative word constructed in the spiritual realm, affecting the natural world, is now deconstructed and no longer established, in Jesus' name. I remove every evil spirit from going forth and wreaking havoc upon this earth. Every evil force sending disturbance and disruption in the natural I abort your assignments and command them to stop now before completed, in the name of Yahweh!

Every familiar spirit attempting to repeat cycles and patterns of illness, death and destruction in the world, I call off your assignment. I take authority over you and command that you are permanently disabled from activating. I extinguish, end and wipe out your power and orders from existence. I desecrate every demonic supply line and frequency channel in the spiritual atmosphere. I order you to desist and rescind your demonic assignment, in Jesus' name." - Kathy DeGraw

The amazing powers of Kathy DeGraw seem to have no end. Now she can command word curses and call off the assignments of "familiar spirits." A familiar spirit is a demon who tends to the needs of a witch of course. Tired of beating around the bush, DeGraw simply removes every evil spirit from going forth and wreaking havoc upon this entire earth! Why not start there! And who would have thought to desecrate every demonic frequency channel in the spiritual atmosphere? How poorly taught are churchgoers today that they would buy into such nonsense? Beloved do not miss the sin issues going on here. Yes, there is unbridled arrogance and an enormously bloated sense of self but at heart, this is the sin of Lucifer. These things Kathy DeGraw thinks she can do? Only God can do them. She sees the fruit looks good to eat and does so even though she has been told not to. She sees the throne of the Most High and desires to ascend to it.

"I eradicate, eliminate and destroy completely every spirit of fear, paranoia, panic, stress, anxiety and worry. In Jesus' name, I cast you out of people. Release their minds and torment them no more. I expel every mind-binding spirit that would lure people into an unproductive and unfruitful way of thinking. I command every demonic spirit and strongman that is in full operation and fueling sickness and health ailments across the world to dissipate, in Jesus' name. I root out and nullify every spirit of death. Spirits of destruction, go now, in Jesus' name. I speak and decree that people will live and not die. I abort every demonic assignment sending health ailments my way. I say, be abolished, in Jesus' name. I put a formal end to your assignment to penetrate my health with afflictions. I annihilate, defeat overwhelmingly, every demonic deployment against my health, in the name of Jesus. I speak and declare that demonic orders are rescinded by the blood of Christ. I proclaim they are removed, canceled and void of their effect and activation, in Jesus' name. I command sickness and disease attempting to infiltrate my body to cease and desist of your assignment. I proclaim you will suspend every demonic activity against me in Jesus' name." - Kathy DeGraw

Not content with being able to command the kitty cats of witches, DeGraw now claims to have jurisdiction over all spirits of fear, paranoia, stress, anxiety, and worry! Why is someone with such vast and broad omnipotence related to hocking her wares through cheesy e-courses and church hopping? Perhaps nothing is more egregious here than the claim that not only has Jesus conquered the grave, but so has Kathy! The hubris to think we have the power to nullify the spirit of death is staggering. Even when Jesus refers to this it is in the context of bring back the creation to the Creator. It is a spiritual victory. Kathy is actually claiming here that she can stop people from dying! Someone get her to the ICU stat! Why is she wasting her time on Charisma News when she can be single-handedly saving the world?

"I confine and restrict the devil and his demons from deploying and activating against me. I renounce and repent of any sin, entry points or legal rights that I have opened up in my life that have given the devil a foothold. I rebuke the adversary and his plan of action against me. I speak and decree that your orders are rescinded and abolished, in Jesus' name. I incinerate the blueprints of hell against me. I call forth the fire of God to burn up every written instruction and order in the demonic realm against my life, in the name of Yahweh. I interrupt the plans of the enemy to steal, kill and destroy. I claim and command, I have abundant life (John 10:10)." - Kathy DeGraw

At this point the demons would be willing to pay cash money for her to just stop talking, Now, Kathy thinks, as the Sons of Thunder once did, that she con command the fire of God to come forth! In doing show she also fails to ironically see what John 10:10 is actually saying. It is a popular verse among false teachers and they all get it wrong. The enemy in this verse is not the devil. Seriously, go read the verse in context and you will see that the enemy Jesus is speaking about is false teachers! How fitting that false teacher can never see that before teaching falsely about the verse. Listen beloved, we have had a good time at Kathy DeGraw's expense here but I do not want people to miss how dangerous these teachings and beliefs are. It denigrates the power of God and usurps His sovereignty. There is a marked difference between praying to Jesus for healing and declaring that you have the power to heal yourself! Prayer develops our relationship with Christ and also keeps Him as the primary and only source for what we need, even if sometimes the answer is no. Declaring and decreeing nonsense like this sets up false expectations in the hearts of people. When our loved one still contracts COVID or God forbid dies, who are we going to blame if we had bought into the power of Kathy DeGraw? This kind of heresy also creates an army of Charismaniacal super-Christians who spend less time in scripture than they do in believing their own press. The key verses today tell a great story about just such a band of over-hyped and leveraged people who ran around thinking they could command and control demons. They were highly religious people because it says they were the sons of a High Priest. So, they knew the show they had to put on. They knew the dramatic, authoritative, and commanding tones they needed to employ. Just like Kathy DeGraw does. One day however, the demons answered them. Oops. Now I do not know how bad the beating is that you received that you ended up naked but it sure seems like they deserved it. Do not downplay what Kathy DeGraw is doing here. She is playing with forces she does not understand, so she can peddle her merchandises online. Jesus has the power. Not us. Mercifully, Kathy DeGraw finishes:

"I abolish and completely cast out spirits of worry, anxiety, fear, panic and torment. I have been given a spirit of power and love, not fear (2 Tim. 1:7). I will walk in the strength of the Lord and the faith He has given me. I speak and decree that my prophetic destiny is set in motion. I will not be detoured or delayed in my prophetic kingdom assignment, in the name of Jesus!" - Kathy DeGraw

Notice the one thing she left out of the verse she quoted? God gives us a spirit of power, love and a sound mind! Perhaps deep down she knows she has engaged in crazy talk for the past ten minutes. She is not an apostle, nor a prophet. She is certainly not a Prophetic Deliverance Minster. She is the rogue huckster the bible warns us about who does not seem to care that God is watching. I know there are well-intended yet poorly taught Charismaniacs out there who will balk at this discernment teaching but too bad. The bible says what it says. This reminds me of charlatans like Todd White who claims God has given him the power to heal people but instead of seeking out hospital patients dying from cancer he stalks people in public parks who might have the old "one leg longer than the other" disease. Please. Stop. Wait, I know. I command that there will be a shifting in the atmosphere to reveal an open heavens displeased with your lying tongue. So I bind that lying tongue and declare and decree that no longer shall the church be subject to your nonsense. I take authority over the financial system that supports your e-courses and demand that it collapse now! I"this is exhausting. I think I will just pray for discernment for the sheep and repentance for Kathy DeGraw. In Jesus name.
