When it comes to understanding the divide, three groups stand out:

Christians for Kamala - These people are often liberal, and although they claim that they are personally against abortion, they don't think it is the government's job to interfere. I doubt that God agrees with this position. They also claim that "loving your neighbor" means opening the border. But what about loving your family enough to protect them? This group claims that they supposedly put character over policy. "Trump is a felon!" is their constant mantra. However, those supporting Trump point out that if he was a Democrat none of this would be happening because the Biden family criminal allegations (all of which are worse than Trump's charges) are being completely glossed over." - Shane Idleman

Idleman's arrogance is staggering. I understand the passionate stand against abortion but the reality is that we can measure the success of policy. For example, since Roe as overturned, abortions have INCREASED. Facts do not matter to demagogues however. Shane doubts God does not agree with the position of not forcing people who do not believe in God to behave according to His word? That is because he is more concerned with electing his guy than adhering to scripture. The Republican Party line about advocating for open borders is nonsense as no one advocates for that. The truth is that Christians salivate over demonizing foreigners and that is very much spoken against by God in the bible. If you think when you stand before Christ, He is going to give you an attaboy for hating people who were not as blessed as you to be born in America, good luck with that. Shane really packs in the GOP talking points with the absolutely ridiculous charge that Biden is somehow worse than Trump when it comes to criminality. Realize that Trump is not merely charged, he has been convicted! By a jury of his peers, 34 times! That is not even counting the rape and defamation convictions. That does not even take into consideration the other three sets of felonies he is facing. Bearing false witness against your political enemy is not a Christian endeavor.

Conservatives for Trump - This group understands that God uses imperfect people. As to the charges against Trump's "character," they realize that they are not electing a Pastor-in-Chief but a Commander-in-Chief. This group doesn't buy into media spins and false narratives. They know that Trump is not a racist or a real felon, and that he is exposing the Left's wickedness.

They believe that Trump's character is not as important as the Left's approval of killing the unborn, allowing men to enter women's locker rooms, and turning a blind eye to trafficking children. They say, "Although character traits should be considered, we are not following people, we are endorsing policy to protect and to defend the nation." This group also looks at the solid Christians that Trump surrounds himself with versus Kamala who supports drag queens.

All people are imperfect! The candidate you hate and the candidate you love. None are righteous. The hypocrisy by the way is not lost on the world because prior to Trump's arrival, all the NAR leaders used to cry is "character counts." Just go check the rhetoric when Clinton was around. Then when they are faced with a completely morally bankrupt candidate, we started hearing this nonsense about not electing a pastor in chief. What does that even mean? So, the moral fabric of the candidate no longer matters? We are all Machiavellian Christians now? If the devil himself ran in 2028 but promised more Heritage Foundation Supreme Court justices, Franklin Graham and Shane Idleman would be saying, sure he is Lucifer, but c'mon, God uses imperfect angels! Perhaps the most laughable thing here is that Shane Idleman thinks the gaggle of false teachers Trump surrounds himself with are "solid Christians." His spiritual advisor was Paula White for heaven's sake! On her third marriage, to the former rock musician from Journey, White has stolen five million dollars from people seeking God through absolutely mangling the bible.

Angry MAGAs - This group shares the same concerns as the conservatives, but they can be more filled with anger than the Spirit. Most are simply tired of the Left's rhetoric such as, "Trump will destroy democracy and go after his political opponents." Ironically, that's exactly what the Biden administration did, and is doing, to Trump. Like conservatives, they know that the nation is in serious trouble and that something must be done. This group understands that America is weak and woke, and that we are drowning in a cesspool of moral filth. And if something isn't done soon, the hope of regaining lost ground is over. This is where Trump comes in " from securing our borders to protecting us from attacks.

Whatever. So, to escape the moral cesspool you advocate for turning to a man devoid of morality? C'mon Shane. The guy you are advocating for has SAID he will be a dictator! There is no grey area here! As I have said countless times before. Vote for who you feel led to vote for after prayer. Do not however listen to grievance hustlers and charlatans like Shane Idleman. Jesus is not going to be reviewing your voting record on Judgment Day. During His time on earth, the Jewish people were seriously oppressed by the Roman Empire. What did the Son of God do about it? Absolutely nothing because His kingdom is not of this earth. The NAR hucksters like Shane Idleman worship this world.

"The Silent Minority - To those who say we should stay out of politics, we must remember that God has given us the political process to make change. If there were no people making a difference, we would be no different than North Korea. Yes, obviously God is our help " but He often calls us to take action; hence the political process. We need to thank God for those who are making a difference versus shaming them. God gave every King a prophet in the Old Testament, for this very reason " to try and make a difference in the land." - Shane Idleman
