Make no mistake beloved, Mark Robinson is just a microcosm of the moral rot in the church. He is just the latest and perhaps worst example of what the church is now willing to accept in the name of carnal politics. It all stems from the original transaction in 2016 when we accepted a man so morally repugnant that whatever followed would have to be accepted by default. Keep in mind that this is not an indictment of any Christian choosing to vote for any perceived lesser evil. That is not the point. The point is in characterizing evil as righteous. The point is in eviscerating our witness for Christ by even hinting that any of this, Trump or Robinson is somehow a Christian choice. It is most decidedly not. It was bad enough that the church endorsed a man with three wives, three times unfaithful, six times bankrupt, convicted of rape and defamation with 34 other felonies, because once that moral rot is allowed in, nothing is out of bounds. Slavery good? No problem! Transgender porn? Hey, that was ten years ago! Black Nazi? Well, he denies it! Please. Robinson desperately tried to blow this off by claiming it was AI, except there was no AI ten years ago. What part of the key verse do we not understand? Abstain from any appearance of evil. This is beyond an appearance problem beloved. This is a cancer in the body of Christ that will be either excised out or we will continue to watch the church rot from the inside out.
